PCD grinding disc is designed for removing coatings like epoxy, glue, varnish, paint, resin and other floor coatings. The function part – PCD refers to polycrystalline diamond, due to its abrasion-resistant properties and hardness, it is the ideal material for stone processing and floor coating removals.

Detachable HTC PCD Grinding Disc For Thick Coating Removal

This detachable PCD coating removal disc is designed to be used on HTC floor grinders, for removing stubborn coatings and thick coatings. It is detachable and contains 2 parts: trapezoid pcd grinding disc and HTC quick change disc. The htc pcd grinding disc includes 2 PCDs (1 round and 1 half round) and 1 hemispherical segment. High-quality PCDs and excellent diamond segment enhance its performance and lengthen its lifetime.

Detachable design with HTC quick change, which helps to suit both HTC grinders and other floor grinders.
Welded with 2 PCDs and 1 hemispherical diamond segment.
