When removing floor coatings, there are 2 options of coating removal tools:

• For removing thin coatings, you can select PCD type diamond grinding disc, or the arrow type diamond grinding disc with low diamond grit.
• For removing thick coatings, the PCD type diamond grinding disc or PCD + arrow type diamond grinding disc is recommended.

Sometimes, we also use other shapes of the diamond segment such as segment bar, to assist the PCD to do the coating removal jobs.

This 100mm pcd grinding disc is designed with 2 arrow type diamond segments and 4 quarter round PCD. It can be used on ASL or Xingyi floor grinders. With the design of segment and pcd, the segment height should be lower than the PCD, or maybe the pcd grinding plate can’t work.
