This 50mm tapered floorex pcd plug is used for VERY aggressive coatings removal, like thick floor coatings of waterproofing membranes, epoxy, resins, glues, and so on. It is designed with 3 PCDs. One PCD on the top to prevent deep grooving and damage to the machine and floor. Two full round PCDs for cutting action. It can be used on Floorex or Terrco grinding machines. This design of floorex plug can reduce heat build-up when cutting coatings and reduce the chance of the coating becoming soft and sticky, which makes it harder to remove.
