It comes in 2 parts: the top layer of sintered PCD and the substrate of tungsten carbides. Tungsten carbide is more likely to be used on bush hammer tools, for texturing the surface of stones or concrete. However, it can also be used for concrete floor coating removals, such as “line marking removal”.

Different from other regular PCD grinding tools, this SYF-P25 PCD diamond grinding plate is equipped with 2 pieces of 1/4 PCD and 3 pieces of carbide tips. It is good for thick & stubborn coating removals. HTC EZ change system makes it easy to be changed.
