Product Description

This marble diamond segment is designed to be used on a 300mm marble diamond blade, for smooth cutting of marble and other soft stones. The segment size is 41.6/39.3*3*8mm, which is trapezoid shape, to reduce the distance of the gas between 2 diamond segments and make the marble blade as a continuous type and deliver less cutting chips.

Normally, a 300mm marble diamond blade needs 22 pieces of marble diamond segments. Sunny Tools can provide you with 8mm and 10mm segment height of the marble diamond segments. Other sizes of marble cutting segments can be customized according to your demand.

Tips: When welding marble diamond segments, please use Silver Soldering, because the marble diamond segments use Copper as the main metal bonding agency and need a lower welding temperature than granite diamond segments.
