It is a black, sticky and soft construction material, and is widely used for roads, parking lots and airports. The asphalt can be very abrasive when cutting, and the bond of diamond segments can wear quicker than the diamond it is holding. Sunny Superhard Tools developed different asphalt blades with different abrasion resistance to allow maximum life to be obtained in different conditions.

This 350mm asphalt blade is designed with 3 protective segments, which can protect the blade core from abrasive material erosion and lengthen its lifespan. With an arbor of 25.4mm, it can be used on a circular saw, walk-behind saw, road cutting machine, and others. Laser welding can increase strength under high temperature and provide better cutting performance. Excellent diamond segment formulas with different abrasion resistance allow long lifespan.
