The diamond segment is the function part of diamond saw blades. It comes in diamond particles and metal powders(we usually call it as “metal bond”) and is formed under high temperature and pressure. Different stones have different hardness, so the metal bonds should also be different. Hard stones need a soft bond so that the diamond particles can be exposed along with the consumption of the bond.
