Diamond saw blade comes in diamond segments and blank blade(we also usually call it as “Core”). Divided by the features of the core, there are 2 types of diamond saw blades: silent blade and non-silent blade(normal blade). The silent blade is the diamond saw blade with a silent core. Different from the normal blade, the core of a silent blade contains a piece of thin copper sheet(0.04-0.05mm), to help reduce the noise when cutting.

This silent type 400mm diamond saw blade is designed for cutting granite. The silent core results in less noise and is more friendly with the environment. With an arbor of 50/60mm, it fits CNC bridge saw and can cut granite at high performance. When cutting medium-hard granite, the life of this 400mm granite blade(15mm segment height) is about 450-600mm2. Sunny Superhard Tools developed excellent diamond formulas for cutting different hardness of granite at high efficiency.
