The structure of PCD compacts

Due to its extreme hardness, wear-resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond, PCD grinding plate is an ideal diamond tool used for removing different kinds of floor coatings, such as epoxy, glue, paint, resin and other tough coatings. The function part – PCD has 2 layers, one is the sintered PCD layer, and the other is the tungsten carbide substrate.

Different grinding plates fit different machines. This redi lock grinding plate comes in one round PCD and is designed for Husqvarna grinding machines. “Redi lock” quick-change system makes it easy to be installed or replaced. The redi lock back has a precise dimension and can match with Husqvarna machines perfectly.

Note: The PCD coating removal tool is directional specific and you should check the rotation direction of the grinder heads.
